I came for an oil change but my check engine light was on. I was given a rental but not much information on what was wrong. I called my dealer and he said it was one of my fuel injectors. After three days I got my wonderful Equinox back.

Just the waiting time a little long.

My Equinox was brought to this dealership by tow truck for Liberty Mutual claim. Repair has not been completed 11/13/2025.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Mr. Watson and his team made this purchase process seamless, and the car was in perfect shape when it was ready for me to drive it off the lot.

It took to long. I was there almost all day, but that is the normal for me and my daughter. Thank goodness Jeff Sorrels is my sales person or there would not have been a sale.

The appointment application never has an open spot for me for the current week nor the following week. I have to wait at least 2 weeks and that is what it make me look for second options...other than that, CF offers the best customer service.

The service provider cause damage to my car along with the mechanic. Jeff Eggleston , I will never let you touch my car again. They rigged a leak that could have cause major damage to my car. In attempt to up sale me additional service. My car was just examine the day before and there was not a leak at all when I left there they tampered with the air bleeder hose on my coolant system. I did not appreciate that and will never return there. And will let others know what he does to damage cars to gain commissions.

I so appreciate how everyone at dealership assisted me from my first visit to delivery of my new 2026 Silverado 1500. Salesman Enrique Garcia Jr. was so polite and informative. He was assisted by Sean Derbyshire Manager in listening to my requests and finding this truck. This made my final decision easy to make. My experience with Joe Paden in finance was excellent since there was communication between Manager and Finance that addressed all of my concerns. Finally, Jody assisted Enrique with delivery, ONSTAR, BLUETOOTH connections, etc. Even was congratulated and welcomed to Fairbanks Dealership Family by owner Mr. Chuck Fairbanks himself. Overall, received Excellent A+ customer service from a FAMILY Dealership.

Butch and his team are the absolute best. The experience you get, is unmatched with any other car dealership. It’s one big family, everyone is so sweet and so nice!! Good service

Everyone was polite and considerate, however your waiting room needs cleaning. The furniture needs to be wiped down daily or replaced. I felt like I had bugs crawling all over me after leaving from having my car serviced.

The air pressure in my tires was low. Apparently the technician did not include checking the air pressure. I did give instructions not to rotate the tires. I had just bought a pair of new tires. I thought checking the air pressure was automatic, when I received an oil change.

Took my car to the service department for a new battery. This maintenance was completed quickly and efficiently. They had a courtesy car take me to work and pick me up and take me back to the dealership when my car was ready. The courtesy car driver was friendly and was a very careful driver.

My only issue was the length of time to repair my truck.

They are always spectacular here at Chuck Fairbanks. Always great with assistants in anything that has to be done to my car.

The service was great took my Silverado in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was completed in a very timely manner while I waited.

Towing and courtesy car arranged through service department. Came to my house to get courtesy car to me. I was kept informed about cars progress continuously and as promised. Helpful information was relayed to me. Blake was wonderful.

Jeff with Chuck Fairbank dealership was great. Processed all the paperwork timely and correctly. Assisted in determining the best finance %, had all the paper work completed so I just walked in to NFCU and walked out with the loan. Jeff and I have appointment to go over the new car features so I will be aware of all. Only downside was the delivery from Houston to the dealership, delay after delay in getting the car. GM should have a better transporter who keeps schedule arrival.

I had not bought a vehicle in about 30 years, I’ve been leasing. Since my current lease was about to expire, my number 1 choice for my next vehicle was the Chevy Traverse. I live close to Chuck Fairbanks Chevrolet and pass the dealership at least once or twice a week. I had experience with Chuck Fairbanks Chevrolet years earlier with a former Chevy Tahoe lease I had. Service advisor David Blakey was outstanding. I decided to pull in to the dealership to research some numbers to help in my decision. I first met sales manager Sean Derbyshire who directed me to sales advisor Jody Ward and what a great experience that was. I immediately liked his personality and ended up purchasing a vehicle at great terms. During my visit I met General mgr Butch Watson (great personality) and I had the chance to meet the owner Chuck Fairbanks. Everyone was and has always been nice with really good customer service skills. That is very important for a 70+ yo senior like myself.

Mr Andrew Roberts, was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Very attentive without being overbearing.

I got an alert for my battery and brought my Blazer in on Wednesday morning to drop it off since I had work. Jeff took great care of me and told me they would do a battery test first. This was around 7ish. I got to work before 8 and Heff called to let me know that it was for sure the battery and walked me through how many amps I had. I gave him the go ahead to replace ( he told me the price ). 830… Jeff called to let me know my car was ready. Overall a fantastic experience.

Blake was very nice and attentive. I told him that I was planning to leave my vehicle to be serviced, but that I needed the vehicle by Friday. It was a Monday. He even asked if I had a way home. I did. The next day he called me with the estimate. The repairs were done and by Wednesday I had my vehicle. The time I did not have my vehicle was minimal. What is keeping this from a five star visit, and this has nothing to do with Blake, is the cost of repairs. I am more than willing to pay for good work, but the price of parts and labor are tough to bear. The last thing that is keeping this from a five star rating is the "up sale." At the time of estimate, Blake said the technician really recommends a tune-up for my vehicle which would have a cost another $700.00 he said. The reason I brought my vehicle to Chuck Fairbanks was already going to cost me $1200.00. The extra "recommendation" was not needed.

Dropped car off with a full tank of gas, got it back with a half tank. The outside was clean when it was dropped off, got it back it was dirty and 142 miles was driven from Tuesday to Friday.

It did not take long to service my Truck.

When I pulled into the service bay, I initially expected 5 star service. I was promptly greeted by a service advisor whom called me by name (as if he previously reviewed the morning schedule and memorized the names and vehicles by time slot), was polite and efficient. Once we walked into the service office, the other two gentlemen were also very polite, courteous and friendly. Waiting for your vehicle…appears as though there’s a slight shift in the mentality. The ladies at the window see you approach but you’re not acknowledged. The coffee bar is dirty and messy but is it a coffee bar really? There’s no creamer, no sugar, no options. I hope you like your coffee black because that’s how you’re getting it…as you fumble through the plastic wrapper to pull out a tiny styrofoam cup. Don’t worry the built-in cabinets you think are used for condiments or perhaps overflow are completely empty I’ve already checked. While proceeding to take a business call one of the young ladies, who keep in mind still has not acknowledged me, decided to come over and blast the television I’m assuming so they could hear it… but I’m really not sure at this point. I was the only customer and I was clearly on a call. How rude. When my vehicle was ready rather than a polite call to the window, the youngest girl came to the window only to yell my name as if we were all part of a large audience. While I was able to finish my cup of coffee, and checking out did not seem so bad even though she didn’t smile once while I handed her my credit card, to the service advisor..kuddos! He has either had great training or should be training the staff at this dealership, and this was my first experience at this dealership.

Well I had a antifreeze leakings from somewhere so they should have pressure checked it. I believe they didn't. They just saw the problem. A heater sensor and convoy cover or wire that I never seen replaced and they returned my truck. I paid $1,400 and it's still was doing the same thing. Took it back within 3 weeks and they said they pressure checked and it was my water pump so I think I should have had it done free since I got charged for something they even do right?

The service tech could not get a definitive part from the parts department. It was ordered on Jan 2, 2026 to arrive for my appointment on Jan 6, 2026 at 0730hrs. No part. Communication between the two was bad. I cannot trust your service department for dependability and honesty for parts and service of a Chev I purchased from you.

Had warranty issue with truck airbag module had internal fault showing a deployment but no actual deployment or codes for shorted airbag and no vehicle damage or accidents and they refused to help

My check engine light came on at home. I drove to the service department. They met me at my door and said they would check it out. Within 2 hours my car was ready. Their driver picked me up from home and was very nice. Excellent service. You have a customer for life. Always kind, courteous, and friendly. They look out for me who is an elderly working woman. They feel like family to me. I have none here in Texas.

I purchased a brand new truck. I have returned it twice to the service center because the engine light keeps coming on. At this point I should be given the option to get another truck. It's obvious that this truck has problems.
